Letting go of outdated beliefs
We all have beliefs that may no longer serve us.

Studies advise that such beliefs nestle in our SUBCONSCIOUS MIND where 95% of our lives are governed by and only 5% of our brain activity is controlled by our CONSCIOUS MIND.
Our conscious mind encompasses our short-term memory, critical and logical thinking, as well as creativity—elements that distinguish us from the rest of the animals.
Meanwhile, our subconscious mind is about our long-term memory, emotions, feelings, beliefs, and habits silently influencing how we see the world and ourselves. They can limit our potential, making life feel more difficult than it needs to be.
The key is to train our conscious mind to control our subconscious mind. Otherwise, we can end up being stuck in old habits and beliefs that don't help us anymore.
Resetting our mindset takes effort and commitment. It starts with AWARENESS. By becoming aware of our subconscious beliefs, we can decide which ones empower us hence we want to KEEP and which ones do not serve us anymore and we want to LET GO.
